Our office is open, and we continue to encourage clients to take advantage of the option to schedule Zoom meetings. As an added precaution, in light of the rapid spread of the Omicron variant, we have decided to suspend in-person meetings until such time as Public Health Authorities provide additional guidance on what safety protocols we need to implement to keep you (our clients) and our staff safe.

Notice About In-person Court Hearings and Trials

The BC Courts have suspended regular operations for the weeks of Jan 4 to 7, 2022. There will be further delays for Supreme Court matters from Jan 10 to 14, 2022 and BC Provincial Court is suspending regular operations until January 28, 2022.

If you have a matter scheduled for an in-person hearing this during these times, please remain available during your scheduled time as the Courts will be reaching out to people affected to determine alternate arrangements.
